    By accessing or using the Hypnos Dream Analyzer website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

    We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

    Hypnos Dream Analyzer provides AI-powered dream journaling, interpretation, and analysis tools through its website and mobile application. The Service is designed to help users explore and understand the symbolic language of their dreams for personal insight and self-reflection.

    Dream interpretations and analyses provided by the Service are for entertainment and personal enrichment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional psychological or medical advice.

    3. User Accounts

    To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

    • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
    • You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
    • You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
    • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

    4. User Content

    The Service allows you to submit, store, and share dream journals and related content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Hypnos Dream Analyzer a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

    You agree not to submit User Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

    5. Subscriptions and Payments

    Certain features of the Service may require a paid subscription. All subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's payment terms. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the applicable pricing and billing policies at the time of purchase.

    • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
    • You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
    • No refunds are issued for partial subscription periods, except as required by applicable law.

    6. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Hypnos Dream Analyzer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

    You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without prior written consent from us.

    7. Disclaimer of Warranties

    The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

    Dream interpretations are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational and entertainment purposes only. They should not be relied upon as professional psychological, medical, or therapeutic advice.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hypnos Dream Analyzer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
